By using the Lymora website and services, you agree to the following terms.
Lymora provides import consulting, sourcing, logistics coordination, and related services. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.
Service fees are invoiced in EUR. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Freight and customs costs are charged at cost.
Lymora acts as an agent on your behalf. We are not liable for supplier defects, carrier delays, or customs decisions beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
